Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trela, including our website, dashboard, lead tools, listings, media uploads, forms, and related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

About Trela Services

  • Trela provides a technology platform for real-estate discovery, project and property promotion, agent visibility, lead management, enquiries, and related CRM workflows.
  • Listings, project details, pricing, availability, images, amenities, and location information may be submitted by owners, agents, developers, or third-party sources.
  • Trela may improve, modify, pause, or discontinue any feature where required for product, operational, legal, or security reasons.

Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information while creating an account, submitting enquiries, uploading content, or publishing property details.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that happens through your account.
  • You must notify Trela immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or any security issue involving your account.

Property Information and Enquiries

  • You are responsible for verifying property ownership, approvals, dimensions, pricing, availability, builder commitments, taxes, charges, and legal documentation before making any transaction decision.
  • Trela does not guarantee that every listing is error-free, continuously available, or suitable for your specific requirements.
  • Submitting an enquiry authorizes Trela and relevant partners, agents, owners, or developers to contact you regarding your request.

User Content

  • Content you submit, including text, images, videos, documents, listing details, and profile information, must be lawful, accurate, non-misleading, and owned by you or used with proper permission.
  • You grant Trela a non-exclusive right to host, display, process, resize, adapt, and share submitted content as needed to operate, market, and improve the platform.
  • Trela may remove or restrict content that appears inaccurate, unlawful, harmful, infringing, misleading, or inconsistent with these terms.

Prohibited Activities

  • Do not use Trela for fraud, spam, impersonation, illegal activity, harassment, unauthorized scraping, data harvesting, or misleading advertisements.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security controls, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems, upload malware, or overload our infrastructure.
  • Do not publish content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, applicable real-estate laws, advertising rules, or any other applicable law.

Payments and Commercial Terms

Where paid services, subscriptions, promotions, credits, or premium placements are offered, the applicable pricing, billing cycle, taxes, renewal rules, cancellation terms, and refund conditions will be shown at the time of purchase or agreed separately in writing.

Intellectual Property

Trela's brand, product design, software, workflows, copy, graphics, logos, and platform experience are owned by Trela or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

Third-Party Services

The platform may include links, integrations, maps, payment providers, communication tools, analytics, hosting services, or third-party content. Trela is not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, or independent actions.

Service Availability

We work to keep Trela reliable and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Downtime, delays, bugs, data sync issues, maintenance, internet failures, or third-party service interruptions may occur.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trela will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or real-estate transaction outcomes.

Termination and Suspension

Trela may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms, creates risk, harms other users, breaches law, or compromises platform integrity. You may stop using the platform at any time.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

We may update these terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or business needs. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use of Trela means you accept the updated terms.
